Rebrand Announcement

Nexus is now LightTrail.

Same team. Same architecture. Same HIPAA-compliant platform your organization relies on. The name changed because the product outgrew it.

“Some products find their name before they find their full scope. Nexus was one of them.”
Why the Name Changed

When we built Nexus in 2023, the brief was specific: give healthcare marketing teams a HIPAA-compliant analytics platform that didn’t force them to choose between staying legal and having data they could actually use.

It worked. And then it kept growing. Campaign attribution. Ad platform signal management. Visitor journey visualization. AI-powered analysis running on a complete first-party dataset. The platform that exists today is a different product in scope.

LightTrail illuminates the path from first ad impression to booked appointment — the full trail of interactions healthcare marketing teams need to see to make informed budget decisions.

Platform Evolution

Everything you had. Plus everything you need.

Every Nexus capability is still here. LightTrail adds the features healthcare marketing teams have been asking for.

What Hasn’t Changed

The name is new. The foundation is not.

LightTrail has been running in production with enterprise health systems. The rebrand reflects the distance between where the product started and where it is now.

Same Architecture

First-party HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. No third-party analytics platforms downstream. No filtering that strips context.

Same Team

Built by the same people who have been working at the intersection of healthcare marketing, HIPAA compliance, and analytics engineering since 2023.

Same BAA

Your existing Business Associate Agreement carries forward. Every LightTrail customer receives a signed BAA as standard — no separate negotiation.

Same Data

All your historical data, visitor journeys, campaign records, and reports are exactly where you left them. Nothing was migrated or reset.
